What is an agricultural knapsack sprayer?
The agricultural knapsack sprayer is a sprayer that disperses liquid through a hand-held nozzle mounted on a pressurized liquid storage tank on the operator's back. Knapsack sprayers can be used to apply liquids, such as fertilizers, herbicides, and fungicides, and are suitable for on-site treatment areas.
-Assemble the sprayer (if any) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
-Make sure you have prepared appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including rubber boots, work clothes, gloves, and face shields.
-Make sure that the nebulizer is calibrated to the required dose-please refer to the guide on how to calibrate the nebulizer.
-Pour the required amount of water into the spray tank. We recommend that you read and follow the manufacturer's labels and instructions before use and before using the recommended usage rate.
-Measure the required chemical substances in the mixing tank in a safe environment. If the chemical container is new and sealed with foil, just turn the lid upside down, press on the foil seal, and tighten it.
-Add chemicals to the sprayer with water. We recommend not to mix too many things.
-Three times to rinse the measuring cup.
-Agitate the sprayer to ensure that the liquid is thoroughly mixed.
-Now you can start spraying. Put the agricultural knapsack sprayer on your back and adjust it until it is comfortable.
When using the agricultural knapsack sprayer, you must always wear PPE personal protective equipment. This includes work clothes, rubber boots, chemical-resistant gloves, and face shields.
