How to use an electrostatic sprayer?
Electrostatic spray technology is a new method of using cleaners, disinfectants and disinfectants to help facilities treat surfaces, often in less time and over a wider area than traditional cleaning methods. The technology is very mature and has been used for over 60 years in other sectors such as agriculture, automotive and tanning, but it has only recently been applied to surface disinfection.
Electrostatic sprayers work by charging liquid as it passes through the sprayer nozzle. This creates charged droplets that repel each other and actively seek out environmental surfaces, where they stick to or even wrap around to cover all surfaces. The result is an even coating of disinfectant or sanitizer on sprayed objects, including hard-to-reach areas that manual cleaning might miss. The technology also helps avoid fluid build-up typically associated with trigger sprayers.
Use an electrostatic sprayer wherever you are currently disinfecting or sanitizing. Effective electrostatic sprayers can cover large areas in minutes, so school classrooms, public restrooms, canteens, kitchens, equipment rooms, offices, waiting rooms and even vehicles can be treated efficiently. Due to the uniform surface coating, regular wiping is not required, just regular wiping is required to keep the surface polished.
Electrostatic spray technology can be tailored to the needs of the facility. Some facilities choose to use electrostatic sprayers as an alternative to manual cleaning and disinfection methods, while others use the technology as an additional step to augment standard cleaning and ensure full surface coverage.
